The assessment of social, personal and managerial competences with the usage of Extended DISC. The tool determines natural and adapted style of behavior based on the foundations of Carl Gustav Jung’s personality model. Using psychometric tests we determine the area of candidate's/employee's soft skills, his potential, strengths and development areas. Extended DISC can be utilized to evaluate employees and it supports the diagnosis of the training needs. The tests can also be incorporated into recruitment process to reinforce the hiring decisions. |
